About the Program

How We Start

The program is designed to build understanding progressively. Each session covers a specific layer of the Argentine pension system, using real scenarios and current data.

Education, Not Advice

The Argentine pension system is complex. Most workers who contribute every month have never had a proper explanation of how it works, what they're entitled to, or what options they have if their contribution history has gaps.

This program exists to fill that gap. We explain how ANSES works, how to read your work history, what terms like PUAM, moratoria, and haber inicial actually mean — and what the current options are for people who need to complete their contribution requirements.

We do not give personalized advice. We do not manage procedures. We explain the system so you can ask better questions and make more informed decisions.

Our scope: General educational information about how the Argentine pension system operates. For your specific situation, a qualified pension professional can give you personalized guidance.

What Each Session Covers

The three sessions follow a logical sequence: system overview, personal history, and then available options.

01

Session One: How ANSES Works

We start with the fundamentals. What is SIPA? How many years of contributions are required? What is the difference between the ordinary retirement age and the PUAM? How is the initial benefit calculated? This session gives you the conceptual foundation to understand everything that follows.

02

Session Two: Your Work History

This session focuses on the practical side: accessing your work history on the ANSES website, understanding what each entry means, identifying periods that may not be registered, and understanding how contributions from monotributo or self-employment are counted differently from dependency employment.

03

Session Three: Options and Paths

The final session covers what you can do if your contribution history has gaps. What is a moratoria and how does it work? What voluntary contribution options exist? What complementary pension mechanisms are available today? We also discuss what questions to bring to a professional advisor for your specific situation.

How the Sessions Are Delivered

The program is designed to be accessible and practical, not academic.

Real Examples

Every concept is illustrated with a concrete scenario — not abstract theory. We show how the rules apply to people in situations similar to yours.

Updated Information

The pension system changes frequently. We keep session content current with the latest ANSES rules, benefit calculation formulas, and available options.

Space for Questions

Each session includes time for general questions about the topics covered. We address common doubts clearly and without jargon.

Reference Materials

Participants receive a summary document after each session covering the key points, relevant links to ANSES tools, and a glossary of terms used.
